How does the process work, from the first form to delivery?
- You answer the questionnaire and receive an automatic confirmation by email.
- We review your answers and send a written proposal: scope, price and timeline.
- You accept the proposal and pay a 50% deposit. Work starts once it is received.
- We build and share progress by email at agreed milestones. Two rounds of revisions are included.
- At delivery you review everything. Once you validate it, the balance is due and we hand over access, files and a guide.
Who owns the site and the automations?
You do. Domain, hosting, accounts and workflows are set up under your name, and you receive a guide to use and maintain them.
How is security handled?
Our specialists apply cybersecurity best practices to every project: access with minimum permissions, keys kept out of sight, and your customers' data handled with care.
How long does a project take?
On average, an Essential Site takes 2 to 3 weeks and a Site + Automation takes 4 to 6 weeks. A Custom System is estimated in your proposal. The clock starts once we have your content and the deposit.
